How is Redinux licensed?
Redinux is a per server license, with pricing options for virtual or physical servers, also know as VPS (virtual private servers) or dedicated servers. In addition Redinux offers multiple editions that are all licensed by a number of domains per such server.

Do I need to pay VAT?
All our prices are VAT exclusive. Depending on your country of residence and options to add your own VAT ID, VAT is being added to your order.

How can I make a purchase?
Redinux operates on a subscription system. After starting your 14-day free trial, if you're satisfied, you can initiate your subscription at any time. If you choose not to start your subscription, access to your account will be terminated at the end of the trial period.

How do I start my subscription while my trial period is still active?
During your 14-day free trial, you can log in to your Redinux account and choose one of the monthly or yearly subscription options. The remaining time of your trial will be added to your subscription.

How do I start my subscription when my trial period ends?
Even if your trial period ends, you can start your subscription by logging into Redinux with your email address and password. You can continue using Redinux with your existing data by making your payment with a credit card.
